Lawyer. Degree in Law from the Universidad Autónoma of Madrid. Master's degree in European and International Law from the University of Louvain la Neuve (Belgium).

She began her practice at the Armero Law Firm in Madrid, as an associate in the corporate and commercial department.

In 1998 she founded as a partner in the commercial and corporate department, Cuevas & Escardó Law firm in Madrid.

From 2004 to 2017 she was part of the legal services of Telefónica S.A, initially as manager of the mercanti-financial department and since 2007 as legal director of M&A.
